There are all manner of different ways that we can share our fishing together.

Probably most of my days waterside are spent guiding either individuals, fathers and sons perhaps, or small groups of friends, commonly just two or three perhaps. I enjoy these days immensely because of the close contact that they involve. It is a perfect way to learn a particular skill or brush up on a particular technique. You might want to pursue a species that is new to you or even improve on a PB. Remember there is absolutely no obligation and no judgement of your present skills. It doesn’t matter to me if you have barely held a rod for forty years or you are right up there, top of the tree.

Fishing is for all of us and if you are an angler, whatever your standard, you are a friend of mine!

One to One days and Family days can be built around your specific requirements; Is there are species you are interested in fishing for?, Are you looking to improve a PB? River or Lake?, a certain style of fishing? Do you want to brush up on certain skills? Are you looking to bring along a son or daughter to help them learn new skills or catch a new fish to them? Whatever you would like we can build the day(s) around what will make a great fishing day. Of course I will always advise about what are the best opportunities at the time of year and in view of the likely conditions.

One to one days are all about you. Its all about creating a fishing experience you will remember for many a day and hopefully want to come back for more. Many of my clients return year after year. In the end their words say more than I can!

Masterclasses are my premier events where people get focussed, expert tuition and a premier experience on private waters,  staying at the magnificent Lyng Mill House ( link to copy below) Each Masterclass concentrates on a particular approach like ‘The art of Trotting’ or focus on a species like ‘Fishing for Tench’ for example. Masterclasses are over two days and are designed for people who want to brush up or perfect their skills and fish with a small number of likeminded people. You will get access to some wonderful private waters which hold specimen fish, with first class accomodation at  Lyng Mill House, set on the picturesque river Wensum. You will be one of no more than 3/ 4 people or you can book as a group of friends. For more information on Masterclasses and dates click here.
